On the College's campus there will be eight residential two-story dorms, half for women and half for men, each housing 50 students in double occupancy rooms.   Each group of 12 students share a living room and common bathroom, and there are study rooms and kitchens on each floor, plus a large living room for the entire house. There is a small chapel in every residence.  The dorms are designed to promote a sense of community among students and allow them to feel connected with the beauty of the outdoors.   A large central plaza within this precinct will provide a place for all students to socialize, hold a barbeque, or just relax.
