- The purpose of Wyoming Catholic College is to provide a Catholic liberal arts education within the state of Wyoming through developing, managing, operating and maintaining, a four-year liberal arts college governed according to the doctrine, Canon Law, customs, and practices of the Roman Catholic Church and the Mission Statement.

The Board of Directors may consist of up to fifteen members.

The Bishop of Cheyenne is always the Chairman of the Board of Directors.

At least two-thirds of the members of the Board must be fully initiated members of the Catholic Church, firm in faith, and free of any canonical penalty or restriction, including an irregular marriage.

Three members of the Board are ex officio voting members: the President, the Academic Dean, and the Vice President of Administration.

One member of the Board is a faculty member selected by the Academic Council.

One-third of the members may be appointed by the Bishop of Cheyenne.

One-third of the members may be elected by the Board of Directors.

The term of office of any member of the Board of Directors is three years, with options for renewal.

The Articles of Incorporation may be amended only upon a two-third majority vote of the Directors in office at the time the amendment is voted upon, and with written consent of the Bishop of Cheyenne.

The Bylaws may be amended only upon a majority vote of the Directors in office at the time the amendment is voted upon, and with written consent of the Bishop of Cheyenne.

The Corporation shall have as Officers a President, a Secretary, a Treasurer, and a Chaplain.

All Officers shall be outstanding in moral integrity and prudence, and in possession of the knowledge and skills necessary to fulfill their respective offices.

The President of the College must be a fully initiated member of the Catholic Church, firm in faith, and free of any canonical penalty or restriction, including an irregular marriage.

The Chaplain must be a validly ordained Catholic priest, who is outstanding in sound doctrine and integrity of morals, endowed with zeal for souls and other virtues, and free of any canonical penalty or restriction. He must be confirmed and appointed by the Bishop of Cheyenne.

At least two-thirds of the Officers, Administration, and Faculty must be fully initiated members of the Catholic Church, firm in faith, outstanding in moral integrity and prudence, and free of any canonical penalty or restriction, including an irregular marriage. Non-Catholics must be willing to respect the Catholic identity of Wyoming Catholic College.
