The name says it all:
Powerful Experience of Adventure and Knowledge.
This two-week camp is designed for young college-bound Catholics who seek an introduction to traditional liberal education and what life is like as a WCC student. Students of this program will pursue wisdom in the three distinct aspects of the WCC mission: in study, in nature, and in prayer.
StudyA few hours each day will be spent in college-level classes, learning to think and reason. Taught by WCC professors, students will study philosophy, theology, Latin, and literature. Participants will be sent a short selection of readings to complete prior to arrival at WCC.
Nature

Afternoons and many evenings will be spent outdoors in the splendor of the Wind River Mountain Range and college campus. Students will enjoy a variety of activities including:
• Trail Runs and hiking in
Sinks Canyon• Fly fishing in the trout-filled Popo Agie River
• Horseback riding on local ranches and mountain trails
• Swimming in natural hot springs
• Evening dances, coffee shops, and movie nights
• A two night camping trip – (all gear, training, and food provided!)
All activities will be catered to the individual fitness and experience levels of each participant.
PrayerStudents will immerse themselves in a rich spiritual life with daily Mass, adoration and Liturgy of the Hours. Embracing one’s Faith here in God’s country is quite easy – and rewarding.
